Blue Armonia Villa is a luxury coastal retreat in a privileged uphill location near Athens Riviera, just 20 minutes from Athens Airport. This stunning private villa spans 160m2 over two opulent floors, accommodating up to 10 guests in five elegant bedrooms, each with a private outdoor sitting area. Enjoy breathtaking panoramic sea views, spectacular sunrises over the Aegean, and serene sunsets, all while experiencing unmatched privacy, elegance, and modern comfort.
The villa comprises of two buildings, the main one and an independent studio offering privacy and flexibility to its guests. The main building on the top floor, hosts 2 en-suite bedrooms, one double, one sofa-bed room and a sharing bathroom. Also, top floor consists of an enormous balcony providing a marvellous plot to enjoy with family and friends as the surface of the sea reflects all colours of nature.
On the ground floor, the villa takes blue to a more literal way as the designs of the inside and outside are united through the summer colours of living area and the earthy materials that can be found in the dinning area and the kitchen.
The independent studio is a proper home for two people with an entrance a bathroom that can be easily used from a handicapped guest. It is consists of a large bathroom with a walking in shower, a fully equipped kitchen, a dinning table and a double bed.
The exteriors of the villa are as minimal yet opulent as the interiors. A large swimming pool that can be either refreshing or heated throughout the year surrounded by elegant loungers flooded by panoramic views. A wind-free patio with barbecue facilities, can be found just a few steps down next to the swimming pool.
MAIN VILLA
Top Floor: 2 en-suite bedrooms, 1 double bedroom, 1 sofa-bed room, and a shared bathroom. A spacious balcony offers a stunning sea-view setting, perfect for family and friends.
Ground Floor: Open-plan living area, fully equipped kitchen, dining space, and laundry room. The design seamlessly blends indoor and outdoor spaces, using earthy tones and summer hues.
INDEPENDENT GUEST STUDIO
A private suite for 2 guests, with a fully equipped kitchen, dining table, double bed, and spacious bathroom with a walk-in/roll-in shower, suitable for handicap-accessible stays.
YOUR HOME STAY INCLUDES
Welcome basket included, courtesy of the owner.
Housekeeping, towels and linen changes every three days.
Baby cot, high chair are available upon request.
Pool maintenance every three days.
OUTDOOR POOL NOTES
The heated pool operates from the beginning of April until the end of October, depending on the weather conditions.
Heating temperature could vary up to 30°C (during summer) subject to the outdoor weather conditions.
When the outside temperature is below 25°C or in case of rain, the water temperature is being drastically affected. Kindly note that a pool cover is not available.
ACCESSIBILLITY
Due to the narrow indoor staircase, guests can also reach the first floor, where the bedrooms are located, via an outdoor staircase. Additionally, for those with accessibility needs, our separate studio apartment is available to accommodate two guests. This apartment features a queen bed, a walk-in entrance, a walk-in shower, and a toilet with a grab bar for added convenience.
