Perched on a secluded hillside in Daskaleio, Villa Consta offers total privacy and panoramic Aegean views. This minimalist 131sqm sanctuary perfectly balances relaxation with activity, comfortably hosting up to 10 guests (with a maximum of 8 adults). Located just 30 minutes from Athens Airport, the villa features a private tennis/basketball court and a saltwater pool.
INDOOR LIVING
The ground floor is the heart of the home, featuring a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, Nespresso, and filter coffee machines. A large kitchen island with seating for eight serves as the central dining hub, flowing into a spacious living area with TV (55 inches). For larger groups, a secondary lounge provides a comfortable sofa bed (1.50×2.00m). An elegant staircase leads to the upper level, which houses three sun-drenched bedrooms and two bathrooms. Two bedrooms feature queen-sized beds (1.60×2.00m), one of which enjoys a private sea-view balcony. The third bedroom is perfect for children, equipped with two sets of bunk beds (0.90×1.90m and 0.90×2.00m). Please note that while the lower beds are suitable for all, the top bunks are designed exclusively for children’s use to ensure safety and comfort. All sleeping quarters offer the dual comfort of ceiling fans and full air conditioning to ensure a restful stay.
THE GROUNDS
The exterior is an expansive playground for all ages. A 60-square-meter saltwater pool (6x10m) sits at the center of the terrace, surrounded by four premium sunbeds and umbrellas. Al fresco dining is hosted under a large pergola, while a naturally shaded spot beneath a tree offers a quiet corner for relaxation. To the rear of the villa, the private sports court (8.30×11.60m) features both tennis facilities and a basketball hoop, with rackets, balls, and gear provided for your convenience.

ACCESSIBILITY & SAFETY
GUEST NOTE: To ensure the longevity of the furniture and guest safety, the upper bunk beds are reserved for children only and are not suitable for adult use. Moreover, please note that there are steps leading from the parking area to the house entrance and stairs connecting the two floors.
IMPORTANT NOTES • Please do not flush toilet paper or any other items down the toilet. Always use the provided waste bin.
• Being in a rural area near an unpaved road, you may encounter local insects or dust.
• The hillside can be windy; please ensure pool umbrellas are closed when you are away from the property.
• Full parental supervision is required at all times around the pool, the sports court, and the internal staircase.
NEIGHBORHOOD Villa Consta is perched on a secluded ridge, offering total privacy with only one neighbor in sight. It’s a quiet, “open” hillside retreat where the sound of the sea replaces city noise. NOTE: To maintain this level of seclusion, the final 130m to the villa is an unpaved (dirt) road. A car is essential for your stay.
